Pilot!Sherlock is definitely more adorable, but that’s pretty much because he’s less Sherlock and more - Benedict. Which isn’t a bad thing, but - anywho. The pilot has significant merits, though, the biggest one being Sherlock figuring out the taxi driver thing so early on. Much more Holmesian, if a bit less dramatic.
